According to the 2014 U.S. News & World Report Best Medical School Rankings, the UNC School of Medicine was ranked 1st in Primary Care overall and tied for 22nd in Research overall. Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) School of Medicine was ranked among the best in several categories including: 3rd in Primary care, 31st in Research, and 5th in Family medicine.
